The Cancun condominiums are ocean front units, with an unbeatable Caribbean ocean view. They are on a powdery, gorgeous, white sand beach, in the top of the hotel zone. The complex is across the street from the "hot spots" of Cancun- the premiere night clubs such as Carlos and Charlies, Sr. Frogs, Cocobongos, and much more. 	Pictured above is the fantastic Girasol beach. Perfect for swimming or boogie boarding! Condo is located in the Punta Cancun area- the top of the hotel zone. This is a perfect central location. The beach is the Chac-Mol beach. The unit is furnished, with 2 full beds, 1 full size futon/couch, cable tv, a/c, kitchenette, and more. Go to sleep, and drift off to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves! There is a large, gorgeous balcony to enjoy the beautiful beach scenery! The ocean view pools have lounge chairs to work on your Caribbean tan! Palapas on the beach, and you can lounge in the shade, and enjoy the beach scene! Escape your normal life, and leave your concerns behind! Bus lines are in front of the condo, cost 65 cents, and run constantly. They will take you up and down the main street- Kulkulcan Blvd, which the condo is on. That is where all of the action is! They are in front of the condo, and are easily obtainable. You don't need a car. Tour office, sports rental, and rental car assistance is available in the condo lobby. It has the coolest clubs and bars, and the malls are closeby. The beaches are some of the best in the world, and there are many of them, everywhere you turn! Shown to the right is one of the the nice Girasol ocean view pools in front of the condo. There is an upper and a lower pool, one shallower for kids. Cancun's a perfect spot for families- with many family activities nearby. It's also great for a romantic getaway, or just having fun with friends. There is something for everybody. It's just a 25 minute drive to the airport, and 15 minutes to downtown. There is a convenience store two doors down, and a larger store in the Forum by the Sea mall, as well as banking, money exchange, and free wifi (with small purchase) at the nearby Starbucks a short walk away in the Forum By the Sea shopping mall. There is also an internet cafe there. Nearby there are 40 restaurants, and shopping centers. It's a fantastic vacation spot, with so many activities! The flea markets are just across the street, and the malls- one is a short walk away, and others are close. Activities are nearby. There is some snorkeling in the beach front of the condo, and there are many other places to snorkel in the area. The water is warm year round. There are many water sports at or near the condo. Rentals from the hotel include jet skis, sailboats, snorkeling and scuba equipment, fishing expeditions (for a charge). Leave your concerns behind! Spend an unforgettable vacation! You will be staying at one of the most beautiful beaches in Cancun, with magnificent turquoise water of the Caribbean just at your feet. It's the place to stay with it's subperb location. The condo is furnished with a cable TV, laundered sheets and towels, kitchenette, with refrigerator. The complex has tennis courts, and private parking for guests (both free). There is a good, reasonably priced restaurant in the hotel. They are open for breakfast and lunch. You will be staying close to many activities. The area has water sports of all kinds. You are close to fishing, boating, golf courses, and water parks. You can go on a jungle tour, aquarium, swim with dolphins, or snorkel in the coral reefs. There is so much to do here, you could never get bored! You will be close to many activities and water sports. There is scuba diving, snorkeling, jet skiing, water skiing, sailing, windsurfing, boogie boarding, fishing, and Xel-Ha National Park, and much more. At the park, you can swim with dolphins, float down a river on a ring, and many other fun water activities. There is also horseback riding, helicopter rides, ATVS, trips to the island of Isla Mujeres and Cozumel, and visiting the fascinating Mayan ruins of Chitzenitza and Tulum. All of the different condos advertised are basically budget hotels (except the penthouse and Salvia). The others are not 5 star condos, but are basic, economy condos. You can get a transfer from the condo to the airport for about $9 per person with a reservation on the "things to do" page. We have a contact who can get you shuttles, and also tours. Inquire for each of those. There are many taxis at the airport that are easily available, also. The shuttles at the airport run $12 a person. The taxis run $53 from the airport to the condo. If the dates you want for a condo are taken on our calendar, put in a request anyway, and we have many other condos available. We cannot take 1 day reservations, unless they are backed up to another longer reservation. It is best to just get a hotel in this case.
