Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your reservation, you may lose some or all of your security deposit/amount paid depending on the
number of days before the reservation start date you cancel the reservation. Here is the schedule of cancellation fees:

| Greater than 31 days | 100% minus $30* |
| 31 to 21 days | 75% |
| 20 to 14 days before | 50% |
| 13 to 7 days before | 25% |
| Less than 7 days | No Refunds |
| For Reservations of greater than 2 weeks | |
| Number of days before Reservation Start Date | Amount Refunded |
| Greater than 60 days | 100% minus $30* |
| 60 to 45 days | 75% |
| 44 to 22 days before | 50% |
| 21 to 14 days before | 25% |
| Less than 14 days | No Refunds |
If we are forced to cancel or modify your reservation, even after you pay, we will try to find you an alternate location, but are not required to do so.
We will do our best to give you a satisfactory result, but can not guarantee you will be satisfied.
* PayPal or Credit Card Fees we incur may also be deducted from the refund since we may not get them back.

All reservations are subject to review to verify the rates and are subject to change without notice until security deposit and payment in full is accepted by us. Minimum rental period is 5 days for high season, 1 week during the Holidays-Thanksgiving week, pre- Xmas thru 1/5, President's week, Easter break weeks.
