This is a nice Cancun beachfront condo! #304 is a large studio unit, and sleeps 4-6 (5-6 with children). We have enough beds for 6, but it will be cozy! It is an oceanfront unit, with an unbeatable Caribbean ocean view. They are on a powdery, gorgeous, white sand beach, in the top of the hotel zone. The complex is across the street from the "hot spots" of Cancun- the premiere night clubs such as Carlos and Charlies, Sr. Frogs, Cocobongos, and much more. We are walking distance to the top 5 night clubs, many restaurants and fast food, activities, flea markets and shopping centers. It puts you in the heart of the hot Cancun action and attractions. It has a fabulous, private, large balcony, with spectacular, panoramic ocean views! There are marble floors throughout the condo. It has two oceanside pools to take a refreshing dip in! There is free wifi in the condo with a laptop computer. It's a fantastic deal- we have great low prices!

Bus lines are in front of the condo, cost 65 cents, and run constantly. They will take you up and down the main street- Kulkulcan Blvd, which the condo is on. That is where all of the action is! They are in front of the condo, and are easily obtainable. You don't need a car. Tour office, sports rental, and rental car assistance is available in the hotel lobby. Shown above is one of the the Girasol oceanside pools in front of the condo. There is an upper and a lower pool, one shallower for kids. Cancun's a perfect spot for families- with many family activities nearby. It's also great for a romantic getaway, or just having fun with friends. There is something for everybody. It's just a 25 minute drive to the airport, and 10-15 minutes to downtown. There are convenience stores two doors down, as well as banking, money exchange, and free wifi in the condo. Nearby there are 40 restaurants, and shopping centers.
The flea markets are just across the street, and the malls and activities are close. There are many places to snorkel in the area. The water is warm year round.
Pictured above is the fantastic Girasol beach, with sparkling, turquoise blue, clear, warm water. Perfect for swimming or boogie boarding! Condo is located at the top of the hotel zone. This is a perfect central location. The beach is the Chac-Mol beach. The unit is nicely furnished, with 2 full beds, cable tv, a/c, kitchenette, and more. Go to sleep, and drift off to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves! There is a larger, gorgeous balcony to enjoy the beautiful beach scenery! The oceanside pools have lounge chairs to work on your Caribbean tan! There are palapas on the beach, and you can lounge in the shade, and enjoy the beach scene!
You will be staying at one of the most beautiful beaches in Cancun, with magnificent turquoise, warm water of the Caribbean just at your feet. It's the place to stay with it's subperb location. The condo is furnished with a cable TV, laundered sheets and towels, kitchenette, with small refrigerator. The complex has tennis courts, and private parking for guests (both free). There is a good, reasonably priced restaurant in the hotel. There is one in the condo complex, and they are open for breakfast and lunch.
We have access to other studio condos in Carisa Y Palma, and Salvia. We also have access to luxury condos at Portofino or Bay View Grand, different sizes. Inquire about these. These are not 5 star condos, but are decent.

Rental Details
Security Deposit & Rental Details: 25% of rent is required to reserve the unit. Remainder is due 30 days before rental date. US Funds by Check, MoneyGram.com, money order, cashier’s check, or PayPal.com accepted. No pets. Rates are subject to change. Please follow the recommended amount of people per unit. Check in time is 3:00pm, check out time is 12:00pm. You will be sent an email receipt for payment when we receive it. When full payment it made, we will then give you instructions on where to check in, and other information. We have other vacation rentals, and have been renting to people for 15 years. We can provide references, or agencies we have worked over the years, if you would like. Just inquire for testimonials. We work with agents in Cancun that can provide them, also. If the time you request is rented, we have contact with several other condos of different sizes that we can refer you to. Just fill out a reservation form and request it. 4 day stay is required, or a $40 cleaning/checkout fee applies, 5 day minimum for high season in winter/spring, 7 for holiday periods (Thanksgiving, Xmas, New Years, Presidents Day, Fourth of July). If you decide to cancel your reservation, you may lose some or all of your security deposit/amount paid depending on the number of days before the reservation start date you cancel the reservation. We generally don't take 1 day rentals, unless they fit next to another longer reservation.
You can get a transfer from the condo to the airport for about $9/person with a reservation. Check the "things to do" page above to see the website for this shuttle. There are many taxis at the airport that are easily available, also. WE ARE ALSO LOOKING TO BARTER FOR TIME AT OUR CONDO IN OFF SEASON, FOR MIDWEEK JAN. (3 DAYS) IN SOCAL MTN. RESORT AREA, DESERT RESORT, OR LAS VEGAS. WE WOULD ALSO TRADE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVERTISING FOR THE CONDO, A NEW WEBSITE OR AN EXP. VIDEOGRAPHER. OFF SEASON IS LATE APRIL TO LATE JUNE, OR LATE AUGUST TO MID NOVEMBER.
